National Steakhouse Month At Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts

In celebration of National Steakhouse Month this month, select restaurants at Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas resorts are featuring special menus and menu items for beef enthusiasts. The Range Steakhouse and Center Cut Steakhouse are launching new prix-fixe menus while VooDoo Steak is offering a Tomahawk steak special.

The Range Steakhouse is offering a fresh, summer selection of items on its special, three-course menu in honor of National Steakhouse Month. For just $49.99 for Total Rewards members and $54.99 for non-Total Rewards members, guests will be able to enjoy an 8-ounce Wagyu skirt steak or a Mediterranean 6-ounce pan-seared halibut and choose from a selection of salads and desserts. The Range features an intimate setting with views of the famed Las Vegas Strip. It opens at 5:30 p.m. nightly and reservations can be made by calling 702.369.5000.

A seasonal, three-course menu at Center Cut Steakhouse inside Flamingo Las Vegas offers guests a choice between 12 ounces of slow-roasted prime rib crusted with fresh herbs and horseradish or a prosciutto-wrapped striped sea bass with papaya-mango salsa and creamed corn. Both dishes will be served with either steamed broccolini or organic pink mashed potatoes. Guests then have their choice between two salads followed by delicious summer berry shortcake for dessert. The prix-fixe menu is available throughout the summer for $49.99 per person for Total Rewards members and $54.99 for non-members. VooDoo Steak

Located on the 50th floor of Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip, VooDoo Steak is offering a $75 Tomahawk steak special throughout the month of June, served with an amuse-bouche and complimentary side dish. With each order, guests also receive a complimentary copy of Caesars Entertainment’s “The Seven Stars Cookbook” ($45 value) signed tableside by Executive Chef Honorio Mecinas. The 30-ounce cut of USDA prime beef is matured using a special technique combining wet- and dry-aging to create a steak superior in tenderness and flavor.
