For families sailing in Alaska there will be no shortage of adventures. For a day of family fun, guests can board a catamaran specially designed for wildlife viewing on the Whale Watching and Wildlife Quest shore excursion, giving guests the chance to see whales, sea lions, porpoises and seals.  A trip to Alaska is not complete without a thrilling helicopter trip up to Denver Glacier to meet professional mushers and their dogs. The White Pass Scenic Railway is the perfect excursion for those who want to experience Alaska on rail, as well as at sea as they travel in an old-fashioned parlor car for a 40-mile round trip and travel through an awe-inspiring panorama of wilderness.
