One Queensridge Place condos for sale in Summerlin Las Vegas real estate is being built on the 20-acre real estate site at the southwest corner of Alta Drive and Rampart Boulevard.
One Queensridge Place in Summerlin, Nevada, is being touted as the only suburban vertical living custom condominium community in Las Vegas. It is a partnership project between Peccole Nevada Corporation and Las Vegas-based Executive Home Builders (EHB).
The Summerlin real estate project at One Queensridge Place hi rise condominiums is definitely luxury living. Units are expected to start at $1.2 million. Penthouses, some of which offer two stories, start at $4 million. Square footage runs from 2,000 up to 16,000 square feet. The average size of each luxury home is about 3,500 square feet. All Summerlin condos for sale have both west and east views and direct elevator entrance.
The gated luxury custom condominium home community will offer residents many on-site amenities including: a spa with indoor lap pool, a restaurant, 25-seat theater, wine cellar, great room with billiards and a bar area, caterer’s kitchen, conference room, barbecue area and an outdoor recreation pool with jacuzzi.
EHB is targeting people who are already living here in custom Summerlin and Las Vegas homes and looking for what he called a “lock and leave kind of opportunity.”
The development team for One Queensridge Place condos hired JMA Architecture Studios and Perini Building Company. When completed, the complex will consist of one 14-story building and three 18-story structures. Phase One will include 219 custom One Queensridge Place condominium homes in the two 18-story towers. Phase one of One Queensridge Place real estate is expected to completed in fourth quarter 2006.
Phase Two will see the construction of the two additional hi rise buildings along with 17,000 square feet of class-A office space. One Queensridge Place real estate will ultimately add 385 family units to the area.
The Summerlin land on which One Queensridge Place is being built has been in the Peccole family for decades. Pankratz said Bill and Wanda Peccole always intended the real estate to hold a vertical development.
It will not be the only tall residential property that area of Summerlin will see. Construction is close to starting on the parcel at the northeast corner of Alta Drive and Rampart Boulevard. Called The Village at Queensridge, it also will be built by EHB and its partners.
Expect an additional 340 condo units, divided between three buildings. One building will be 10 stories high, the two others, five stories. Completion of The Village at Queensridge real estate should occur in late 2007 or early 2008.
