Summerlin Real Estate Hosts Americas Biggest Open House
Summerlin Las Vegas real estate is hosting America’s Biggest Open House, showcasing 20 neighborhoods by 13 different home builders and 80 model homes, today and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Summerlin real estate developer, The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties Inc., this huge open house will give prospective home buyers an opportunity to tour a variety of model homes in a fun and festive atmosphere.
Summerlin real estate visitors will enjoy free food, drink and balloons, as well as drawings for General Growth Properties gift cards. Summerlin Las Vegas is also giving away free tickets to the upcoming Las Vegas PGA Golf TOUR FRYS.com Open.
The gift cards are good at The Grand Canal Shoppes, Fashion Show, The Venetian, Meadows and The Boulevard Mall. Visitors can receive up to four free tickets to the Las Vegas Frys.com golf tournament that will be held Oct. 12 - 15 at TPC Tournament Players Club at Summerlin when they visit at least three neighborhoods.
The Canyons, The Paseos, The Mesa, Summerlin Centre and The Vistas are five active selling villages in Summerlin neighborhoods participating in the open house event.
Summerlin condominiums and single-family homes for sale in these villages range from 644 to 3,900 square feet and are priced from the high $100,000s to more than $900,000. Home styles include single, two and three-story homes for sale in Summerlin, lofts, condominiums and townhomes.
Of the 30 villages Summerlin real estate will have at completion, eight are under development and 11 are complete.
There are an estimated 22,000 people working in Summerlin’s many business parks, retail centers, medical centers and schools.
Developed by The Howard Hughes Corp. in 1990, by 1992 Summerlin ranked as the country’s best-selling master-planned community.
The master plan is home to more than 100 villages and neighborhood parks, shopping centers, more than 120 completed miles of the Summerlin Trail System, houses of worship, cultural facilities, medical facilities, business parks and 80 model homes.
