Sun City Mesquite Showcases Del Webb Anthem By Pulte Homes
Sun City Mesquite welcomes Del Webb Anthem by Pulte Homes for sale in Mesquite, Nevada, as plans continue for more than 3,400 new homes for sale in the age-qualified Sun City Mesquite, its first community within the growing real estate of Anthem Mesquite master plan. The active community is located west of Falcon Ridge Parkway.
“We’re making very exciting progress in Mesquite,” said Nick Parks, director of marketing for Pulte.
“Our whole team of architects, designers, engineers and project managers have been diligently working on completing the community’s land design, theming and infrastructure in time for our grand opening in summer 2007.”
A 50,000-square-foot recreation center will include a swimming pool, fitness area and hobby rooms. Residents of Sun City Mesquite will also have access to four miles of walking trails, a 33-acre regional park, and the property’s centerpiece, the Conestoga Golf Club, which is planned to open in 2007.
The Mesquite golf club will feature 5,400 to 7,200 yards, and include a practice facility and a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar.
Sun City Mesquite real estate will comprise 12 single-story Mesquite home designs, ranging from 1,195 to 2,234 square feet. The community will incorporate organic materials, earth tones and symbols of Mesquite’s pioneer heritage, according to Pulte Homes.
Named after the wagon typically used by pioneer families who settled in the Mesquite region, the Conestoga Golf Club will commemorate elements and artifacts of the early settlers.
“Sun City Mesquite will undoubtedly be one of Del Webb’s premier lifestyle communities in the entire US,” said Dea McDonald, Pulte Homes Las Vegas North Division vice president of land development and general manager of the Mesquite real estate development.
