Vantage Lofts in Las Vegas real estate is currently under construction. The Luxury Las Vegas condos are expected by Slade Development to open models in the first phase of the development for September 2007.
The urban style flats and two story lofts in Las Vegas, Nevada range from 1,000 to 2,600 square feet.
The price per square foot on average is $450 and priced from $450,000 to $1.6 million.
The 110 unit luxury homes in Henderson real estate first phase by Slade Development expected occupancy in October.
Work has started on the 8,200 square foot residents’ clubhouse along with the electrical and plumbing systems are being installed. The first three buildings are ready to have stucco applied and the buildings are wood framed over concrete podium parking.
The 300 units of Vantage Lofts luxury homes in Henderson are being financed by Scripps Investments and Loans from La Jolla, California. The $160 million housing project will total 20 acres of land when completed.
The luxury homes include 20 foot, floor to ceiling windows, Italian cabinets, high end plumbing fixtures and appliances, and custom upgrades. Amenities include three swimming pools, fitness center, a clubhouse, hot tubs, private parking garage and a theater.
A uniqueness of Vantage Lofts Las Vegas condos include a 60 foot elevation drop along with incredible views. Scheduled for completion several months ago both the changes in a mortgage lender and subcontractor labor shortage delayed the opening.
