Boca Raton Luxury Las Vegas Condominiums First Home Owners Moving In
Boca Raton Las Vegas condos have first residents moving into the 378 unit luxury seven story condominiums located on the Strip. This is a $400 million development. Units are priced from the $400,000s.
Las Vegas is home to several other luxury mid rise condos being built including Manhattan, Park Avenue and Loft 5. Several current in plans or construction mid rise projects include Promenada at Rainbow, Manhattan West, L5 and Stephanie Village.
Since July, more than 70 people have moved into Boca Raton real estate. About double that amount, 140 units, have closed escrow in the last three months. The construction had take longer than expected. The Las Vegas mid rise project has about twenty percent remaining units to sell.
Boca Raton was planned after Palm Beach Resort Condos paid $12.8 million for 15 acres in 2004. Construction completion was expected in February 2006, after breaking ground in November 2004. There were an additional two delay of construction progress along the way.
Boca Raton resort includes a with 24-hour concierge service, a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, two swimming pools, fitness center, private screening room, meeting space and underground parking.
Second phase ground breaking at Boca Raton should commence in approximately 12 – 18 months. The luxury condos will offer a total of 756 units at completion.
For the first phase of building the $134 million construction loan was provided by J.P. Morgan Chase. PGAL is the architect of record. General contractor was Martin-Harris Construction after UPA in 2005.
