Stephanie Village condos in Henderson real estate have a new financial partner with current developer RMI Development.
Stephanie Village in Henderson, a mixed-use condominium project being developed by RMI Development, has taken on additional ownership with international investment and advisory firm Babcock and Brown.
Babcock and Brown brings significant capital and experience to the newly formed partnership. They are listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and managing $7.3 billion in real estate.
Babcock and Brown in 2005 expanded its principal investment in United States real estate. Their total management portfolio includes corporate finance, operating leasing, structured finance, real estate and project finance totaling $35 million.
Their philosophy is to invest in markets experiencing economic and population growth. They motto is to construct projects with quality and on time. There is a test a new project must meet before the partnership is confirmed.
Stephanie Village real estate has the clubhouse under construction with completion for the last quarter of this year. According to the developer, about 50 percent of the new condominiums are sold.
The new homes for sale are about 30 percent larger than most developments that range from 908 to 2,295 square feet. With their off Strip property the pricing is about $355 per square feet.
The floor plans for this mid rise offer up to three bedrooms, three baths and a loft from the low $300,000s. Some features include granite countertops, maple cabinetry and low e windows.
The mixed use real estate in Henderson, Nevada has a 15,000 square foot of amenities and office space with a clubrooms, business center, fitness center, theater room and conference rooms. Future plans include four pools, putting green and four whirlpools.
