Comme Ca At The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas To Launch Riviera Nights

Comme Ça at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will launch Riviera Nights, an unparalleled dining and lounge party experience on Thursday, April 26. Set on the restaurant’s stunning patio, the weekly soiree will introduce a selection of French small plates and a signature sangaree.

Available from 8 to 11 p.m. every Thursday night, patrons will enjoy the striking views of the iconic Las Vegas Strip showcased from Comme Ça’s breathtaking patio. A French house DJ will be on-hand to spin the hottest tunes under a canopy of neon red lights glimmering from the ceiling.

Guests may indulge their appetites with an array of seasonal French dishes created by acclaimed Chef David Myers and Executive Chef Brian Howard. Items to include Roasted Tomato Tart with basil, nicoise olive and arugula; Roasted Baby Beets with smoked salmon, horseradish, mustard and rye; and Dungeness Crab Salad with crispy garlic and burnt orange.

The special menu will also feature Myers’ award-winning brasserie’s handcrafted 18A libations, such as the Clover Club, which is a flawlessly balanced mix of gin, fresh lemon, homemade grenadine, sugar and egg white. A perfect fit for the spring and summertime atmosphere, a signature sangaree will be added to the famed prohibition-themed bar menu.

Comme Ça’s sangaree will put a Parisian spin on the classic cocktail blend made with wine, St. Germain liqueur, ginger syrup, club soda and fresh fruit, then garnished with nutmeg and served over ice. Patrons may also take advantage of Riviera Nights’ wine special, which will offer bottles of Comme Ça’s house rosé wine, specially priced at $30.
