Easter Brunch At Brasserie Comme Ca At The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Acclaimed Chef David Myers’ bustling French brasserie, Comme Ça at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, will celebrate the holiday with a specialty Easter brunch on Sunday, April 8.

The exquisite dining experience will be priced at $39 per person and offered at a special time from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Guests will also have the option to indulge in endless champagne, mimosas and Bloody Marys for an additional $20.

Chef Myers and Executive Chef Brian Howard will delight guests with an array of Comme Ça classics, including a spread of Housemade Charcuterie, Deviled “Lobster” Eggs, Artisan Cheeses, Quiche, French Potato Salad, Roasted Leg of Lamb with provencale chimichurri and Glazed Spring Vegetables. Patrons may also enjoy the award-winning brasserie’s most celebrated brunch item, the rich and savory Duck Confit Cinnamon Roll .

In light of the new spring season, Myers and Howard will offer a medley of flavorful, wood-grilled selections such as Beer Can Chicken, Hay Smoked Honey Ham and Grilled Ruby Trout, cooked outdoors on Comme Ça’s breathtaking patio.

The delectable feast will end with mouthwatering desserts such as Éclairs, Pot de Créme, Lemon Tarts, Apple Scones and Chocolate Croissants.
