Dos Caminos Las Vegas Cooking Class With Exec Chef Ivy Stark Nov 5
Chef Ivy Stark celebrates the release of her new cookbook, Dos Caminos’ Mexican Street Food with a cooking class at Dos Caminos Las Vegas inside The Palazzo. Stark, the corporate executive chef for Dos Caminos, along with Dos Caminos Las Vegas executive chef Roberto Hernandez will lead participants through an interactive cooking demonstration featuring signature dishes from the book.

The three-hour class is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity and includes the demonstration followed by a lunch of the featured dishes along with signature cocktails, recipes and a signed copy of the Dos Caminos’ Mexican Street Food cookbook by Chef Stark. On arrival attendees will enjoy coffee, Mexican hot chocolate, fresh juices with pan dulce, muffins and fruit.
