Japonais At Mirage Las Vegas Presents An Intimate Sake Dinner 9/27
Japonais at The Mirage Las Vegas presents an intimate Sake Dinner Tuesday, September 27 at 6 p.m. This one-night-only event in the exclusive Green Room at Japonais will feature a special five-course omakase menu with sake pairing.
Sake Tasting
The dinner will begin with an amuse bouche of North Carolina Fluke and progress to Hawaiian Hamachi and Sea Bass Cartoccio. Selections from Japonais’ Robata Grill such as the Spicy Chicken, an entrée of Braised Short Ribs and an energizing Sorbet Trio of mango, raspberry and yuzu complete the meal. Along with the incredible menu, Master Sake Specialist Eric Swanson will educate guests on the refreshing sake selections.
This exclusive Sake Dinner is priced at $80 all-inclusive and limited to 15 guests. Reservations are mandatory and can be made by calling (702) 792-7979.

For guests who wish to create their own dining experience, select items from the Sake Dinner menu, including the Spicy Chicken and Braised Short Ribs, will be available in the lounge and main restaurant dining room.
