Jersey Boys Las Vegas show celebrates two hit years with platinum record at the Palazzo hotel on April 24, 2010. Original Four Seasons including Bob Gaudio and Frankie Valli were in attendance for the monumental occasion.

The Platinum Record Commemorations for the second anniversary of the Jersey Boys was held after the curtain call following Saturday’s performance. Kevin Gore of Rhino Records presented the cast on-stage with the Platinum Record.
For all celebrations there must be cake! A Platinum Record cake was also wheeled on stage with original Four Seasons Bob Gaudio and Frankie Valli in attendance. The ‘record’ cake was huge.

Rarity for a cast album to reach Platinum status, or one million copies sold. There was also a VIP reception, which I attended, at Wolfgang Puck’s CUT restaurant in the Palazzo prior to the Las Vegas show.
