Halloween 'Spooktacular' In Las Vegas With Not So Sexy Spooky Macabre

Halloween celebrations in Las Vegas with the not-so-sexy spooky macabre of blonde bombshells Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison. The former ‘Girl Next Door’ reality TV star hosted the haunted evening at EVE Nightclub inside Crystals at CityCenter Las Vegas on April 24, 2010.

The fun was in celebration of halfway to Halloween. You know that holiday is one of Vegas’ most celebrated nights. Thousands come from across the country to dress in the most amazing costumes.

Sweethearts Marquardt and boyfriend, Nick Carpenter, were costumed as a dead bride and groom, donning macabre wedding attire, gruesome face paint and a gory wedding cake to match. Costume-clad celebrities guests included Holly Madison, star of “Holly’s World,” showing her early days as a HOOTERS girl and former “Baywatch” beauty and star of FANTASY at Luxor, Angelica Bridges, dressed as friend the redhead comedian Carrot Top.

The evening started with dinner at Beso, Longoria Parker’s celebrated steakhouse for Marquardt and Carpenter in full costume! A Halloween fanatic with plans for her own line of costumes in the works, Marquardt said she had tons of fun making their gory attire – purchasing a brand-new wedding dress and vintage tuxedo, and completely axing them.

“We soaked the dress in grey dye, dragged it across the backyard and in the street,” she said. There isn’t any wedding plans for this couple. “We figured we would try it dead first and see how things went,” said Carpenter.

There are plans for a reality TV show by the Hollywood couple this summer that would highlight their lives, moving into a new house together, and Marquardt’s aspiring goals to start her own party planning business.

In true wedding fashion, the dead bride and groom participated in a not-so-traditional cake cutting, featuring an elaborate custom-made cake with cobwebs and blood spatter, dead bride and headless-groom cake topper, created by Gimme Some Sugar.

Carpenter fed his bride cake and made sure it was a mess. The gruesome bride made sure to spread the wedding fortune onto a future bride and groom with a customary bouquet and garter toss to two lucky partygoers. After the “wedding,” the Halloween freaks spent the night in Eve Nightclub Las Vegas VIP section.

A $3,000 cash costume prize was awarded to the top three costumes. A replica “Predator” from the 1987 Schwarzenegger film, “Shrek,” and an incredible impersonation of Michael Jackson took the top three honors. Photo Credit: David Becker/WireImage
