The owner and operator of the Shoppes at Palazzo is General Growth Properties. They are the same ownership as the Boulevard mall and Meadows mall in Las Vegas, NV, the Fashion Show mall on the Strip and The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Hotel and Casino. The high end luxury shops are approximately 90 percent leased.
At completion there is an expected 60 stores to offer their products to the lucrative spender in Las Vegas, Nevada.
