Poppy Den New Asian Gastropub Opening At Tivoli Village NYE 2013

Critically acclaimed, award winning Chef Angelo Sosa will open Poppy Den, a new Asian-gastropub, this New Year’s Eve 2013 at Tivoli Village in Las Vegas. Poppy Den will provide local residents with the perfect opportunity to experience healthful, vibrant Asian flavors in a casual setting that evokes the euphoric beauty of the poppy flower itself.

Simple yet daring, Sosa’s cuisine at Poppy Den will introduce a transporting culinary experience to the Las Vegas food scene - one reflective of his extensive travel through Asia and his classical training. Managing partners of Poppy Den are Bill Feather and Kelley Jones, a long-time colleague of Chef Sosa.

The restaurant’s design embraces the warmth of natural light with a rustic, country setting where guests will enjoy Poppy Den’s fun and inventive dining experience. Complementing the rustic interior, the restaurant’s outdoor Poppy Garden will feature vibrant poppy flowers, fresh herbs, and peaceful surroundings.
