Studio 54 Dark & Sexy Costume Parties At Hollyween & Beau Arts Ball

Embrace the dark and sexy side of Halloween at Studio 54 nightclub inside MGM Grand Hotel & Casino with the 14th Annual Nightmare on 54th Street. Transforming into a mysterious playground that heightens senses to supernatural levels, Studio 54 Las Vegas will celebrate and seduce partygoers with three nights of outrageous festivities at the iconic nightclub beginning Halloween Weekend on Friday, Oct. 28 through Monday, Oct. 31, 2011.

Outdoing itself once again, “Nightmare on 54th Street” will welcome top deejay and nightlife producer DJ Loczi for “ Electric Scream ” and blonde bombshell Holly Madison for the 3rd Annual “Hollyween” with a special performance by Josh Strickland. To round out Halloween Weekend, a collection of the hottest performers on the Strip will participate in the 45th Annual Beaux Arts Ball.

Each evening, Studio 54’s talented dancers will present unforgettable productions of Michael Jackson’s smash hit “Thriller” and David Guetta’s “Little Bad Girl.” Featuring smoky graveyards, terrorizing zombies and provocative vampires, the evening’s performances will celebrate the music of pop icons while embracing the chilling spirit of Halloween. Aerialists, wall-walkers and the tempting “Snake Babe” will each make an appearance in the tree-lined gothic mausoleum once known as Studio 54.

Celebrity hosts, thrilling costume contests totaling $40,000 in cash prizes and elaborate performances are just a few of the ghoulish attractions that will be howling at the most infamous Halloween party in Sin City.

Studio 54’s Halloween line-up includes the following:

Friday, Oct. 28: Studio 54’s resident DJ Loczi invites clubgoers to experience a special Halloween edition of his recurring Electric Dream with “Electric Scream.” Massive LED screens will flash haunting ghostly images while two insane light shows and dramatic chandeliers illuminate the dance floor. DJ Loczi will seduce listeners into a trance-like state with his rhythmic mixes, spun from eight feet above the crowd in a full-size coffin. Halloween enthusiasts are invited to wear their most original costumes for the chance to win $5,000.

Saturday, Oct. 29: Mummies will rise and werewolves will howl as the sexy Holly Madison dons Halloween’s best and hosts the 3rd Annual “Hollyween” with E!’s “Holly’s World” and PEEPSHOW castmate Josh Strickland. Madison will emcee a costume contest to find Sin City’s sexiest partygoer for a $10,000 cash prize and Strickland will take the stage for a special musical performance.

Monday, Oct. 31: Studio 54, along with HIV/AIDS non-profit Golden Rainbow, will host the 45th Annual Beaux Arts Ball. Emceed by Chippendales’ James Vaughn, 8 News Now’s Chris Saldana and Zumanity’s Edie the Entertainer, the over-the-top party will include performers from Studio 54 and cast members from Zumanity, THE SENSUAL SIDE OF CIRQUE DU SOLEIL, Disney’s THE LION KING, Viva ELVIS and Frank Marino’s Divas.

The entertainers will join forces to present a spirited evening of fun and philanthropy. Known as Halloween Weekend’s most extravagant costume gala on The Strip, the Beaux Arts Ball will award $25,000 in total cash prizes to three guests for their elaborate creations in the categories of most original, sexiest and best drag.

Golden Rainbow provides housing and direct financial assistance to men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS in Southern Nevada while also supporting HIV/AIDS related education.
