Bruce & Eric Bromberg’s inventive and popular Japanese-style cuisine offers a selection of sushi and sashimi as well as bistro favorites, American comfort foods, chops and fillets. This New Year’s Eve, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill will provide an early seating followed by a party to ring in the New Year, complete with an open bar, passed food and sushi and tunes from DJ Peter Shalvoy.

CHINA POBLANO
Innovative Chef José Andrés provides a festive welcome to guests, intent on delighting with his personal take on Mexican and Chinese street food. Here, the two cuisines live side by side, not as fusion, but as an amusing mix of elements from both traditions together in one place. This New Year’s Eve, China Poblano will provide two prix-fixe menu options beginning at 5 p.m., party favors, and a Cava toast at midnight.

Both menus will be served between 5 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Option 1: $45 per person (2 people or more)

  • Ostiones Pimentados – Peppered Oysters (Tampico-style Black Pepper Sauce/Hainan Ginger Dressing
  • Traditional Sui Mai (shrimp/pork/water chestnuts/mushrooms/peanuts)

COMME ÇA
This lively, modern French brasserie from acclaimed Los Angeles Chef David Myers provides sweeping views of the Las Vegas strip. The restaurant’s patio is the prime front row seat from which to catch the breathtaking fireworks display. On New Year’s Eve, two different prix-fixe menus will be available along with an optional wine pairing.

A four-course prix-fixe menu is available from 5 – 7:30 p.m.
$99 per person with wine pairings for an additional $100 per person

  • Maine Lobster Salad tossed with caramelized grapefruit, cucumber gelee, mache and crispy salsify
  • Roasted Mushroom Cappuccino complemented with soya and winter truffle froth
  • Crispy Duck with winter vegetable pressee, puffed black rice and quince jus
  • Chocolate, praline and butterscotch ice cream.

A six-course prix-fixe menu is available from 8 p.m. – 12 a.m.
$199 per person with wine pairings for an additional $100 per person

SCARPETTA
The award-winning restaurant from Scott Conant provides a sophisticated approach to modern Italian cuisine. Pair any of the seasonal antipasti, handcrafted pizzas, house-made pastas and roasted meats or seafood with one of the wines from the extensive 3,000-bottle wine cellar. Scarpetta will serve a prix-fixe menu with seating beginning at 4 p.m. to ring in the New Year.

Seating from 4 – 9 p.m. $225 per person

Six-course prix-fixe menu items include:

  • East coast scallops with porcini mushrooms and roasted sunchokes
  • Seared foie gras with ginger scented charred figs and aged balsamico
  • Ricotta agnolotti with sheeps’ milk ricotta, Parmigiano emulsion and white truffle
  • Turbot served with celery root “risotto”, black truffle and watercress
  • Wagyu beef served with braised red cabbage, endive and Barolo reduction

The ONE Group’s high-energy, stylish steakhouse, STK, presents a seductive aesthetic, flirty and energetic bar scene and various cuts of beef. A deluxe prix-fixe menu will include caviar, lobster, foie gras and Australian Wagyu beef as well as select signature items from the a la carte menu. During the last seating, a special champagne pairing and party favors will be provided and the champagne lounge will be used as a dance floor where DJ Roger Gangi will spin tunes.

Two seatings are available:

5 – 9 p.m. $100 per person with wine pairings for an additional $50 per person

9:30 p.m. – 12 a.m. $250 per person with wine pairings for an additional $150 per person

This quirky gastro pub puts an emphasis on fresh, natural and organic ingredients. The menu stars specialty burgers, house-made sausage, riffs on traditional American snacks and appetizers influenced by global street food, as well as a wide variety of spiked milkshakes and an array of craft beers.

A beer toast will be offered to guest dining when the clock strikes midnight.
