Comme Ça, the modern French brasserie by acclaimed Chef David Myers at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, will offer guests a special prix-fixe dinner menu in honor of the Christmas holiday from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Sunday, December 25.

The three-course meal, crafted by Myers and Executive Chef Brian Howard, is priced at $49 per person. The exquisite meal combines traditional ingredients with modern flavors, creating a distinctive dining experience for the holiday.
Guests begin the evening with Warm Bartlett Pear and Goose Rillette served with green garlic and flowering herbs.
The second course offers three different options including “All Spiced” Christmas Ham with sweet potato brûlée, brussels sprout leaves and cranberry jam; Butternut Squash Tortellini with vanilla roasted pumpkin, sage butter and pomegranate kernels; and Salt Baked Striped Bass “ En Cocote” Truffle with chestnut custard and chanterelle mushroom consommé.
To complete the one-of-a-kind meal, diners will indulge in “a study of eggnog” – a sweet tribute to the seasonal holiday– Liquid Vanilla Bourbon Truffle with eggnog froth and cinnamon pudding served with Eggnog Soufflé , Winter Spiced Anglaise and Eggnog Pot de Crème. Photo credit: Courtesy
