The general contractor is Breslin Builders. Breslin is the same company for Newport Lofts and SoHo Lofts in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.

Metreon condos are located on the Las Vegas Beltway and Flamingo. The 110,000 square feet project is expected to have two five story residential towers with offices, upscale shops and restaurants located in between the towers.

Live work units are living space located above the retail, workshops or offices, whichever the owner decides. The first will be delivered in the next three months.

Current customers for retail space in Metreon include FedEx Kinko’s, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza and My Gym. The latest commercial real estate tenant is Partell Medical Pharmacy. They are expanding their customer base to the south Las Vegas Valley.

The development in west Las Vegas real estate is similar to the luxury condos for sale at Juhl with 14 live work homes. The homes are priced from $500 a square foot with floor plans ranging from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet. Most plans are open along with dark woods and an industrial feel.

The real estate developer has future development plans for Solstice Mesquite. Solstice Mesquite will include 200 acres of a hotel casino, residences, boutique hotel, medical wellness center, restaurants and retail.
