The plans for City Crossing will include 2,500 Las Vegas residential real estate units, two boutique hotels, 1 million square feet of restaurants and retail, and finally 1 million square feet of office space.
There is a large comparison between the residential component of The District, but three times the size, Howard Hughes commercial and office tenants. Finally, it is similar to Town Square Las Vegas with the lifestyle and retail tenants.
When completed in 2015, City Crossing will have 6 million square feet of office, retail and housing elements. The Henderson, Nevada real estate will include 25 acres of pedestrian trails, parks, community center, fitness facilities and a spa.
This development will provide Las Vegas and Henderson a urban mixed use, versatile neighborhood unlike any other in the area.
Architects Orange is the architect. Plise is the general contractor and developer. WRG Engineering and Chaparral Contracting are also working with this huge development. The third quarter of 2009 will see the completion of the first two phases.
