New home designs have been introduced for 2009.  The 10 new plans include efficient use of space that are affordable to first time home buyers.  Four neighborhoods that will showcase the designs are Andover, Brookline, Salem and Concord at Northern Terrace.

Based on buyer feedback, Meritage Homes has redesigned their floor plans at Concord and Brookline neighborhoods in North Las Vegas, and designed four new model homes with open designs.

Concord neighborhood has homes measuring from 1,457 to 1,911 square feet, priced from the $170,000s, and up to four bedrooms.

Brookline offers up to six bedrooms with designs from 2,480 to 2,865 square feet.  Prices start from the $240,000s.

There are three model new homes in Las Vegas real estate that are priced from $210,000s with up to four bedrooms.  The models range from 1,798 to 2,010 square feet.

Would you like to live in a gated neighborhood at Providence for an affordable price? The Andover community is priced from the $220,000s with 1,780 to 2,124 square feet.  All elevations are single story homes.

Residents at Northern Terrace will have access to the private resort style Northern Terrace Club.  A fitness center and three swimming pools are included within the club.  The facility offers country club amenities without the price.

Northern Terrace is located inside Providence Las Vegas master plan.  Future real estate development include retail, schools and community parks.
