UFC 73 STACKED Tito Ortiz vs Rashad Evans and Anderson “Spider” Silva vs Nate “The Great” Marquardt on July 7, 2007 in Sacramento real estate at ARCO Arena. This Ultimate Fighting Championship, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, mixed martial arts fight is stacked with five fights including two Ultimate Fighting Championship bouts and a grudge match between two light heavyweight rivals. UFC Lightweight Champion Sean “The Muscle Shark” Sherk defends his new title vs Hermes Franca from Brazil. The Octagon will also host Heath Herring vs Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira for the first time. This is sure to be an action packed mma event.
Ultimate Fighting Championship 73 is one of the best fight cards this year. Tito “Hunting Beach Bad Boy” Ortiz and Rashad Evans, two all state wrestlers, will be settling the score in the Octagon. This exciting fighting event will also include Sean Sherk and Anderson Silva.

The last Ultimate Fighting Championship at ARCO Arena had a sellout crowd of more than 15,300 fans with a total gate of $2.7 million. This year plans to be a sell out with the featured main event of Anderson Silva vs. Nathan Marquardt.
Antonio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira 29-4-1, a mixed martial arts’ premiere heavyweight, returns to the US since 2000 with a UFC debut against Heath Herring. Nogueira, has a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, is known for his ground fighting. He was a former PRIDE Fighting heavyweight champion with wins over including Herring, Mirko “Cro Cop”, Ricco Rodriguez, Dan Henderson, Mark Coleman, Fabricio Werdum and Josh Barnett. Nogueira will enter the Octagon to face “The Texas Crazy Horse.” Herring is 6’4” 250-pounder who fights from Texas. He was the unanimous decision winner over Brad Imes at UFC 69, and is looking to have another win over “Minotauro” at UFC 73.
