The 18A menu, named for the 18th Amendment which marked the beginning of the prohibition era in the United States, features classic speakeasy-inspired cocktails with a modern spin crafted by famed mixologist Sam Ross. Guests can rediscover some of the most beloved prohibition-style selections which have been meticulously created to portray a perfect balance of ingredients that include seasonal herbs, fruit and spices.

Arranged into categories based upon the main liquor component such as gin, rum, whiskey and tequila, the inventive menu introduces new vodka selections including the White Mint with vodka, fresh mint, lemon and champagne, and the Bloody Mary with vodka and a houseblended bloody mary mix. In addition to the vodka cocktails, Comme Ça is debuting another new section labeled “Comme Ça Mixologists,” which features cocktails created by some of the modern brasserie’s most talented in-house mixologists.

Each cocktail is a reflection of the mixologists’ style, with libations ranging from Clover Club made with gin, fresh lemon, homemade grenadine, sugar and egg white; the Agave Americana with tequila, fresh lime, sugar, green charteuse, honey and a red wine float; and the Vida Simples made with rum, falernum, fresh lime, orange bitters and sugar.

Other tantalizing additions include the Ginger Joy mixed with pear vodka, sugar, fresh lemon and ginger; the Prohibition Punch composed of dark rum, Grand Marnier, passion fruit, fresh lemon and champagne; and Thyme for Bourbon, which is made with bourbon, crème de casis, sugar, fresh lemon and thyme sprigs.

Comme Ça will continue to serve up their most popular libations that put its forward-thinking style on the map including the highly praised Penicillin, which is blended to perfection with scotch, fresh lemon, ginger and honey topped with an islay float; and the celebrated Gordon’s Cup made with gin, muddled lime and cucumber garnished with a hint of cracked salt and pepper.
