La Cave At Wynn Las Vegas New Intimate Brunch Experience Starts May 6
La Cave, the intimate wine and food hideaway that introduced Wynn Las Vegas’ guests to small dishes with big flavors, now re-imagines the classic brunch experience. Upon arrival, guests will see the long communal table in The Cellar room set with a lavish buffet offering of seasonal fruits, yogurts, breads and pastries.
At the bar, they are invited to build their own luscious mojitos or caipirinhas, to be garnished with a variety of fruit and herb mix-ins. After settling into one of La Cave’s cozy tables, they will be dazzled with an endless parade of pots, pans and platters, offering a variety of brunch time favorites, all served to them at tableside.
Chef Billy DeMarco’s crowd pleasing fare includes savory ham and egg flatbread, eggs Benny sandwiches; French toast ‘pops’; pancakes with berry compote, New York style egg sandwiches and much more.
La Cave partner/proprietor Michael Morton will proudly revive the vintage carving cart that was a centerpiece of his father’s legendary “Arnie’s†restaurant, in its day the hottest dining spot on Chicago’s gold coast. Succulent beef Wellington, herbed leg of lamb and New York sirloin will be hand carved from the treasured trolley. Intimately scaled, uniquely presented and personal in every detail, La Cave’s new brunch at Wynn Las Vegas offers a Sunday hideaway far from the crowds of the Strip. Photo credit: Bill Cody
