The development adjacent to Boca Park in Summerlin Las Vegas is $850 million 30 acre commercial real estate site with plans of upscale dining and shopping on Alta Drive.

Because this is a mixed use development in Summerlin, there will be condos, restaurants and retail space. The concrete and steel frame foundation have been completed for 18 of the buildings. Some of the buildings will have sub level parking, retail and condominiums.

A few leaseholders have signed for their space including Mastro’s Steakhouse, Zefferino’s and Grand Lux Café. 120,000 square feet of space will be specifically for restaurants out of the total 700,000 square feet of retail at Queensridge. Underground parking for 3,500 automobiles will be included.

The District at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, Nevada will not be the only place for outdoor shopping and above retail living. 340 Luxury condo homes are planned for the site.
