Chestnut Hill Homes By Pardee Homes Las Vegas Grand Opening

Chestnut Hill homes by Pardee Homes celebrates the opening of its Chestnut Hill neighborhood Sept. 9 and 10 at the master-planned Providence Las Vegas community, located in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.
“Pardee Homes Las Vegas is a company that prides itself on being first,” regional sales director said. “Pardee Homes was the first to commit to building all Energy Star-qualified homes for sale in Las Vegas and other regions, the first to open a neighborhood at Mountain’s Edge Las Vegas and now the first to open at Providence Las Vegas.”
Four two-story Chestnut Hill home floor plans are available.
Residence One of Chestnut Hill homes measures 2,159 square feet and contains four bedrooms, while Residence Two measures 2,432 square feet and houses five bedrooms, living and dining areas and a family room. Both plans have a two-car garage.
The Las Vegas Monorail expansion would include the Sands Expo Las Vegas, linking all four major Las Vegas convention centers.
Tropicana Hotel Las Vegas real estate new owner Columbia Sussex CEO William Yung claims ownership, he plans on taking a wrecking ball to the sprawling, low-rise buildings that cover many of the site’s 34 acres. In an interview with “Casino Enterprise Management,” Yung announced that “our plans are basically to keep the two Las Vegas hotel Tropicana towers and showroom, and then pretty much get rid of everything else.”
