Downtown Las Vegas Opens Doors To New World Market Center Building C

World Market CenterDowntown Las Vegas opens doors to new World Market Center building C.  This week, one of the three building campus, opened a $550 million building.  Despite the economic conditions across the country the 17 story building welcomed furniture suppliers and manufacturers.

The week marks the summer market a weeklong event, one of two annual, at World Market Center.  The previous furnishings event took place in January.  These events are closed to the general public.  Many retailers from across the country travel to Las Vegas, Nevada to pick products for the upcoming season.

McCarran Airport Las VegasMcCarran Airport Las Vegas, Nevada passenger traffic 7 percent decline in June, 2008.  The nation’s current weakened economy puts a damper on the leisure travel industry to Las Vegas residential real estate.

The amount of departures and arrivals at McCarran International were approximately 3.9 million.  Year to date totals for passenger traffic through June, 2008 was 22.9 million.
