Santa Claus has arrived at Jean Philippe Pâtisserie at Bellagio Las Vegas where he will remain sitting in his favorite chair throughout the holiday season. The five-foot chocolate Santa created by Jean Philippe Pâtisserie’s talented pastry team is made from 230 pounds of dark chocolate, 50 pounds of fondant and clad in a glistening suit fashioned with sugar icing.

Downtown Throwdown Barbecue Championships At Fremont Street Experience

The first-ever Downtown Throwdown Barbecue Championships hosted at Fremont Street Experience in conjunction with the Nevada Barbecue Association. On Friday, Dec. 7 starting at 6 p.m. cooks will compete in the Chili Cook-Off and on Saturday, Dec. 8 starting at noon the competition will feature a Barbecue Cook-Off.
