Las Vegas real estate visitors for October was 3.38 million. This set records for Las Vegas and Southern Nevada for the month and the year.

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority released numbers Tuesday about visitor volume represented a 2.5 percent increase from last October, and a 1.1 percent increase year-to-year. Senior research analyst, John Piet, said the numbers keep to surpass last year’s record and hit 38.7 million.
