Xit Las Vegas condos by Rhodes Homes is having a home grand opening this weekend. Xit condos offer 178 units for sale.

These condos for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate are contemporary looking condo townhomes that are both modern and urban looking.

The new homes for sale three standard designs come with attached two car garage and second floor terrace in three designs.

Xit condos range from 1,663 to 1,759 square feet and are based on a color palette of variations of steel blue, lime green, brown and grey.

The one-bedroom Xit home has 1,663 square feet, 2 1/2-baths and includes a great room, hobby room and loft. An option is a second bedroom.

Dragon Gate Henderson real estate in MacDonald Highlands hillside development offers luxury estate homes. This exclusive ridge of homes for sale in Henderson has incredible views of the Las Vegas Valley.

The neighborhood at Dragon Gate high elevation provides views of the Las Vegas Valley and its mountain ranges, intended for custom home multilevel estates. Sales have been strong with half of the real estate sold before construction.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway real estate $54 Million Speedway Commerce Center II completed construction by Harsch Investment Properties. The Speedway Commerce Center adds 523,000 square feet of Speedway submarket of industrial warehouse space.

The Speedway Commerce Center is 1.4 million square foot, 95 acre, purchased from Bruton Smith of Speedway Motorsports in 2001 for $44 million. The primary tenant is Shelby Automobiles with 140,000 square feet.

Harsch in Las Vegas, Nevada expects to receive later this month the certificate of occupancy for eight buildings. TWC Construction was general contractor. They also built Henderson Commerce Center and Cheyenne Commerce Center and for Harsch.

Harsch has purchased Las Vegas, Nevada real estate for the past 10 years totaling 6.5 million square feet. There is also industrial space of 1 million square feet. They purchased this Las Vegas real estate for $32 a square foot.

This is a different commercial product type from Speedway I.
