Dubai World and MGM Mirage in second joint venture for Las Vegas real estate.

Istithmar Hotels FZI, subsidiary of Dubai World, Kerzner International Holdings and MGM Mirage entered into a joint venture to 40 acres of land on Sahara Avenue and the corner of Las Vegas Strip.

The commercial real estate is yet to be named and the construction for this multibillion dollar resort is planned for construction in 2009 and completion in 2012.

Three months ago a partnership between Kerzner International Holdings and MGM Mirage for a equal partnership to develop the land was announced.

HOOTERS Girls Las Vegas International 2007 swimsuit pageant winner is Breanne Ashley. Ashley was crowned Miss Hooters International 2007 at Planet Hollywood Resort.

Breanne Ashley, Hooter Girl for four years, was selected winner of over 125 Hooters Girls in the swimsuit pageant from an international selection of women. Ashley is representing Hooters of Newnan, Georgia, and will represent Hooters as Miss Hooters International 2007. The many career opportunities and prizes that come with the crowning are TV commercials, national marketing campaigns, featured in Hooters Magazine and take home $50,000 cash.

HOOTERS Las Vegas hotel purchase by Hedwigs Las Vegas Top Tier, real estate investment group, is still considering the off strip commercial property at $235 million, assumption of debt plus $95 million in cash. Guess what? The tremendous downturn in the credit and mortgage industry has hit this deal hard.

The current mortgage, credit market and bond analysts’ recommendations has Hedwigs Las Vegas Top Tier considering their options for financing. Changes in pricing and numbers changed the overall dynamic of this deal.
