Onyx Las Vegas condos by Las Vegas real estate developer Crestone Co. is offering The Onyx condominium project with 63 condominiums within a 10 minute drive to Las Vegas luxury shopping including the Fashion Show Mall and Caesars Forum Shops. The Las Vegas condos for sale are across from MGM Grand real estate and behind the Tropicana Las Vegas.

Plans for the the Onyx real estate grounds also include desert landscaping and palm trees to further enhance the development’s resort atmosphere.

The condominium in Las Vegas residences include granite counters as well as stone flooring in the dining area, kitchens, baths and living room.

Onyx condos for sale in Las Vegas range in size from 740 to 2,300 square feet, the luxury homes will include one, two and three bedrooms, with some two-level Las Vegas townhome designs.

The San Diego-based builder, Crestone Co., has scheduled completion of Onyx luxury condos for January with several condos available and several for resale. (more…)

The Platinum Las Vegas Hotel and Spa resorts division announced Friday that Marcus Corp. had bought out one of its Las Vegas real estate joint venture partners in Platinum Hotel in Las Vegas.

Marcus’ ownership interest in the public, non gaming Las Vegas condo space in the Platinum Las Vegas hotel from 50 percent to 90 percent. The remaining 10 percent of Platinum hotel public space is owned by another real estate joint venture partner.

Platinum Las Vegas Condo Hotel And Spa opened last week as one of the first Las Vegas condo-hotels near the Las Vegas Strip. The $100 million commercial real estate project was 80 percent pre-sold when Platinum real estate received construction financing 20 months ago and sold out.

Platinum Las Vegas condos includes a 16-story residential tower and a five-story, 238-slip parking garage on a two acre site, one block east of the Bally’s, Bellagio and Caesars Palace Las Vegas casinos. The real estate developer is a joint venture of Chicago-based Diversified Real Estate Concepts and Marcus Hotels & Resorts of Milwaukee.

Priced between $400,000 and $1 million, the Las Vegas condos range from 911 sf to 2,166 sf and include 24-hour room service, a full kitchen, a balcony, a fireplace, a 42-inch HD plasma television, an oversized whirlpool bath, town car service and complimentary high-speed Internet access. Platinum Las Vegas amenities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pools; a poolside lounge and a lobby café; a luxury spa; a 4,500-sf rooftop terrace overlooking the Strip and an upscale restaurant and bar.
