Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS or GLVAR reported the inventory of townhomes, condos, and single family homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate in March, for the third straight month increased.
The Las Vegas MLS shows 21,287 in March, homes for sale on the multiple listing service, up 22.4 percent from a year ago and an increase from February. Townhomes and Condos for sale in Las Vegas real estate increased up to 6,000 condos and townhomes or 63.5 percent from last March.
Single family homes sales dropped 36.3 percent to 1,605 homes in March from the same month a year ago. Sales of Las Vegas condos were at 341 units down 47.2 percent.
