Richmond American Homes Haven Collection three model homes in Las Vegas opened this past weekend at Cobblestone at Laurel Canyon in North Las Vegas. The floor plans are new to the Las Vegas area, according to sales agent Jeff Pearson.

“These Las Vegas homes have beautiful master suites with huge walk-in closets and spacious private bathrooms. The main floors have a very open feel with the kitchen flowing into the living room,” Pearson said. “They’re really nice floor plans and they’re enhanced by our spacious lot sizes. Most of the sites at Cobblestone have backyards that are big enough for a swimming pool.”

For a limited time, Richmond American home buyers may receive as much as $30,000 toward options and upgrades.

The three new Richmond American Homes Haven Collection floor plans include the Hideaway, Solitude and Sanctuary.

17th and Vine Las Vegas phase one construction is under way for a mixed-use Las Vegas luxury condo real estate development at Stephanie Street and Wigwam Parkway in Henderson.

17th and Vine condo in Las Vegas real estate project by developer LVMB will encompass Las Vegas condominiums, restaurants, shopping venues and offices.

“It is a style of living that brings a more cosmopolitan feeling to Henderson,” said Steve Lee, a representative for the builder.

“Our residents will have shopping, dining, business offices, all outside their front doors.”

Boca Raton Las Vegas luxury condominiums is currently in the first phase of real estate construction on south Strip near South Coast Casino.

Las Vegas’ single-family housing market has seen some slowdown that has been well documented over the past several months, but the trend toward Las Vegas luxury condo living continues to gain momentum.

Several mid-rise projects are taking shape on the south Strip, the area of Las Vegas Boulevard from Sunset Road to St. Rose Parkway, including Manhattan Condos, Urban Village Brownstones and Loft 5 luxury condos.

Manhattan condo in Las Vegas have received its certificate of occupancy for the first building, Boca Raton has nearly completed its seven-story concrete and steel framework and Las Vegas Loft 5 condos are on track for move-in early next year. Centex Destination Properties is grading 15 acres for the first phase of Urban Village Las Vegas which includes brownstones.

“Vegas has slowed down … no. Are you kidding? It’s remarkable how well it continues to perform on a day-to-day basis,” said Centex Destination spokesman C.J. Julen.
