North Las Vegas real estate has been named the second fastest growing large city in the country by the U.S. Census Bureau from 1990 to 2000. This is prior to the huge growth since then in Las Vegas, Nevada.

North Las Vegas has more than 1,000 new residents moving to that location each month and continues to be one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. Another reason, including the lower cost of living compared to California and huge growth potential, makes this a tremendous area for homeowners and investors. Within 13 years the population is expected to top 500,000, larger than many cities.
