Loft 5 Las Vegas condos construction progress for building one of its first phase 136 units is expected completion in late February, almost two years after the condo project broke ground. Loft 5 Las Vegas is a $30 million South Strip real estate project.

These luxury Las Vegas lofts use engineered lumber and a three coat stucco system to the exterior of the buildings to give them straight lines.

Loft 5 real estate developers are using two independent walls, separated by an inch of air, making the lofts quiet. This is the extra effort Loft 5 developers go for a better product.

Vanguard Construction is the general contractor for this 10 acre site in Las Vegas, Nevada. There is usually 250 to 350 workers onsite daily.

Las Vegas and Greater Las Vegas Area REALTORs, GLVAR, January’ real estate statistics show single family Las Vegas home prices slightly drop, while townhomes and Las Vegas condos pricing increase.

Homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate median price is $302,000. Last month single family home price was $306,100 a 1 percent decrease for one month and a year ago the price was $310,000.

GLVAR President expects to see the Las Vegas housing demand begin to meet the supply of listed homes for sale in Las Vegas mls.

Las Vegas condo and townhomes median sale prices were $204,450 in January an increase from $195,000. That is an increase of five percent from last month and a four percent increase from last year at $196,299.

The Las Vegas multiple listing service shows homes sold in January were 1,397 a 15 percent decrease in December from 1,644 and a 21 percent decrease a year ago at 1,778 homes.
