Day Dawn Homes in Las Vegas real estate provides builder incentives up to $80,000 with any Las Vegas home purchase at its Day Dawn communities.

The new home purchase in Las Vegas real estate incentive can be used for a down payment, mortgage payments, upgrades, landscaping, personal expenditures or mortgage interest-rate buy downs.

The builder’s neighborhoods include Day Dawn Crossing at North Durango Drive and Grand Teton Drive; Day Dawn Fusion at Fort Apache and Alexander roads; Day Dawn Canyons at Farm Road and Grand Canyon; Vista at Fort Apache and Deer Springs roads; and Day Dawn Ridge at Interstate 215 Las Vegas Beltway and Hualapai Way.

New homes for sale in Las Vegas real estate at Day Dawn home prices start at $269,950.

Day Dawn one and two-story homes in Las Vegas range from 1,309 to 2,963 square feet. The Estates at Southern Highlands Las Vegas real estate 14,000 square foot Mediterranean-style custom luxury home by Domanico Custom Homes expected completion is March 2007.

Construction began on the spec luxury Las Vegas home in Feb. 2005.

Within the Las Vegas Southern Highlands Golf Club master plan, the home in Las Vegas Nevada resides on a three-quarter-acre site and includes five bedrooms, seven baths, kitchen, formal dining room, two powder rooms, master suite and a great room.

Highlights of the home for sale in Southern Highlands real estate include a basement theater, wine cellar, game room and 10-car showroom.

The new home floor plan is constructed in a curve around a 60-foot wide T-shaped swimming pool which extends to either side of the home.

Las Ramblas Las Vegas condos announced a second time by George Clooney. He’s proposed $3 billion Las Vegas real estate development called Las Ramblas condos to be built just east of the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

While the location for Las Ramblas condos in Las Vegas is the same, the cast is much different. Clooney is partners with major real estate developers Related Las Vegas and Centra Properties, along with influential Las Vegas night club owner Rande Gerber and his company, After Midnight.

“I could end up just losing my shirt on this whole thing, but these guys are pretty good at what they do,” said Clooney. “It’s going to be an adventure.” (more…)
