Centennial Hills Real Estate Offering Three Story Las Vegas Homes

Three Story Las Vegas HomeLas Vegas, Nevada real estate developers are building three story homes for sale in Las Vegas. Since Las Vegas land is becoming less available and construction pricing is going higher following construction trends like Chicago and New York, building up rather than out.

Half-dozen Las Vegas real estate developers are now trying their hand at three-story North Las Vegas homes in Southern Nevada, according to Dennis Smith, president of Homebuilders Research.

President Tom McCormick, of Astoria Homes, was a trendsetter for three-story Las Vegas homes. He began building his first three-story homes in late 2005, as part of its 1,254-home Tapestry development in Centennial Hills real estate, which 150 to 200 three-story residences will be included in the three-neighborhood project. The Las Vegas neighborhoods will be called the “Avenues,” “Courts” and “Lanes.” Of those homes, 480 homes in the “Lanes” neighborhood will include the tri-level Centennial Hills Las Vegas homes.

Las Vegas WeddingsLas Vegas has an amazing number of marriages every year. In 2005, 122,259 marriage licenses were issued in Clark County, Nevada. One of the most popular days of the year, Valentine’s Day, is for weddings in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas is a popular site for weddings partly because the only requirement is a license. Nevada Marriage license cost $55, payable in cash, and can be obtained at the Clark County Marriage Bureau, 201 Clark Ave., Monday - Thursday, 8 am-midnight and 64 hours straights, from 8 am Friday until midnight Sunday. The office is open 24 hours during all holidays. No blood tests are needed and there is no waiting period. Couples can purchase a license and say their vows at the Office of Civil Marriages or buy a license and get married elsewhere. Once a Las Vegas weddings license is obtained, it can be used for up to one year. Call 702-671-0600.
