Project City Center Towers Las VegasProject City Center Las Vegas high rise towers resemble leaning Tower of Pisa while housing 810 Las Vegas loft condominiums, soaring 36 stories above Las Vegas Boulevard and prominently serving as the gateway to the $7 billion CityCenter MGM Mirage Project.

MGM Mirage Las Vegas revealed the final design of Project CityCenter Las Vegas a month ago to plenty of murmuring, most of it directed at what some real estate folk were calling “the leaning towers of Las Vegas.”

The Project City Center Las Vegas towers are the creation of German-born architect Helmut Jahn, known for sleek, ultramodern exteriors and unusual shapes. His Murphy/Jahn firm in Chicago built the seven-building Sony Center in Berlin and the United Airlines terminal at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport.

Allure Las Vegas Condo Sells 90 Percent Of Allure Towers

Allure Las Vegas Condo For SaleAllure Las Vegas by Fifield Companies of Allure Towers real estate is 90 percent sold. Allure real estate in Las Vegas, Nevada is extending to the 30th floor. The Allure Towers Las Vegas high rise luxury condominium project is on Sahara Avenue west of the Strip.

Chicago-based Fifield Cos. doesn’t have to worry about investors pulling out of the Las Vegas high-rise luxury condo market because they’re getting cold feet.

Fifield never sold more than a couple of condos for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada to the same buyer at Allure Las Vegas luxury condos, two 40-story Allure Towers being developed on Sahara Avenue, just west of the Strip, said Alan Schachtman, senior vice president for the company.

Kurt Busch NASCAR Nextel Cup driverNASCAR Nextel Cup champion Kurt Busch, a Las Vegas native, first Nextel Cup driver on the repaved 1.5-mile tri-oval at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Tuesday. The new surface is part of a $30 million renovation.

When Las Vegas Motor Speedway was being built in 1995, Kurt Busch would sneak a peek at the construction. But he was never invited inside for a tour, let alone one with red-carpet treatment.

Ten years later, the 28-year-old Nextel Cup star was invited back as the featured guest Tuesday when the speedway officially unveiled its repaved 1.5-mile tri-oval. the centerpiece of the speedway’s $30 million makeover.
