Echelon Las Vegas at Centennial Hills mid-rise condominium project continues construction at Deer Springs Way and Durango Drive. The $200 million Echelon Las Vegas condo real estate project will have six buildings with 372 Las Vegas homes.

Towne Vistas, a Nevada limited liability company, is the residential community on 15 acres at Durango Drive and Deer Springs Way.

The $200 million project will have six buildings with 372 homes centered around courtyards, priced from the high $300,000s to more than $1.5 million. Echelon home floor plans range from 1,064 square feet to 4,164 square feet. About one-fourth of the Echelon homes for sale in Las Vegas have been sold.

StoneBrook real estate by Centex Homes will celebrate the grand opening of StoneBrook new homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate on Sept. 9 and 10.

The North Las Vegas neighborhood is an enclave of 100 Centex home sites.

Festivities will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days, and will include a home-style barbecue and a children’s craft station.

Juhl Las Vegas condo purchased as second home by Los Angeles resident. After discovering that a Juhl second home would be cheaper than renting Las Vegas hotel rooms during weekend jaunts to Las Vegas, Los Angeles resident Eleanor Flores purchased a Las Vegas condominium in the Juhl homes development, which is under construction in downtown Las Vegas.

“Juhl Las Vegas luxury condominium architecture is so unique, I knew the minute I saw the Juhl model that I needed to be a part of it,” Flores said. “We can’t wait to see our new Las Vegas home grow from dirt to a diamond.”
