Canyon Edge Homes Debut Elevated Luxury Las Vegas Homes

Alpha Land Development, a partnership of four Las Vegas real estate builders, is developing the real estate project.

Canyon Edge Las Vegas homes for sale offers five home designs, ranging from 3,900 to 5,500 square feet. Prices start at $1.2 million.

The Canyon Edge homes subdivision will sit on elevated topography overlooking the Las Vegas Valley with panoramic views of the downtown to the Strip area to the north and mountain views to the west. The Las Vegas luxury real estate homes, which are designed in a terraced fashion, line one side of the street, allowing unobstructed views.

Each new home for sale in Las Vegas offers outdoor living areas including decks, courtyards, trellises, pergolas and fully equipped outdoor kitchens.

Contemporary homes in Canyon Edge Henderson feature architectural designs providing clean, modern lines enhanced by layered levels, sliding walls, light shafts and filtered light.

UFC 64 Ultimate Fighting ChampionshipUFC 64 Ultimate Fighting Championship World Middleweight Champion Rich “Ace” Franklin returns to the Octagon to make his third title defense against the seemingly unstoppable UFC newcomer Anderson “The Spider” Silva. With a history of vicious striking and devastating knockout power, Silva has quickly become the most dangerous contender in the mma UFC middleweight division. Franklin, who remains undefeated in the UFC, will put his belt up for stakes when he squares off against Silva in the main event of the Ultimate Fighting Championship organization’s UFC 64: UNSTOPPABLE taking place live from Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Events Center Saturday, Oct. 14.

Also announced will be the return of the lightweight crown to the Ultimate Fighting Championship organization. Kenny “KenFlo” Florian and Sean “The Muscle Shark” Sherk will face off at UFC 64 to battle for the vacant lightweight crown, which has been held only by former champion Jens Pulver. As demonstrated by recent pay-per-view events, the UFC has a number of talented lightweights competing in this division, including the return of Jens Pulver as well as Melvin Guillard, Spencer Fisher, Joe Stevenson, Mark Hominick and Yves Edwards.

Thomas & Mack Development Plans Northern Beltway Industrial Center

Las Vegas Construction NewsThomas & Mack Development Group recently unveiled plans for Las Vegas Northern Beltway Industrial Center, a new 100-acre real estate, 1.92 million-square-foot industrial complex in North Las Vegas, just south of the I-15/215 intersection. The Northern Beltway Industrial Center will consist of seven big industrial buildings, ranging from 145,600 square feet to 417,500 square feet. The initial two buildings, totaling 422,054 square feet, will break ground in October. General contractor is Martin-Harris Construction.

“What really sparked the industrial potential is the opening of the I-15 and Northern 215 Beltway intersection,” said president of Thomas & Mack Development, Robert Snow Jr. “There has been a continued demand from distribution and manufacturing firms to relocate here.”
