Project CityCenter Las Vegas High-Rise Condo Towers Planned

Project CityCenter Las VegasProject CityCenter Las Vegas shows plans for luxury Las Vegas condos by MGM Mirage in the $7 billion 66-acre real estate project including five Las Vegas high-rise condominiums within four developments.

All 2,700 condominiums for sale in Las Vegas CityCenter will begin in January, when MGM Mirage opens CityCenter’s 30,000-square-foot sales center.

Luxury condos for sale in Las Vegas at Project CityCentre will be priced from $500,000 to $8 million.

The homes for sale in Las Vegas Project City Center choices will include two condo developments that will be built on top of boutique hotels, one condominium project, and one free-standing Las Vegas condomimum-hotel.

Project CityCenter construction by MGM Mirage has commenced on the Strip south of the Bellagio. The huge Las Vegas real estate project most prominent feature, a 60-story, 4,000-room hotel-casino designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli.

The Signature MGM Residences Las Vegas Condos Tower Opens

The Signature MGM ResidencesThe Signature MGM Residences in Las Vegas real estate second 40-story tower of the condominium-hotel at The Residences at MGM Grand will be completed at the end of this month. The Las Vegas luxury condo’s first tower debuted in June.

The Signature Residences in Las Vegas, a joint venture between MGM Mirage and Turnberry, Ltd., was the first Las Vegas condo-hotel for sale overlooking the Strip to open in Las Vegas.

The third and final tower, The Signature Residences Tower C, will top off later this month with a completion date set for mid-2007.

Less than 100 fully furnished junior, one and two-bedroom condo suites are available in Tower C at The Signature Residences MGM Grand.

PBR Professional Bull Riding World Finals 2006 In Las Vegas

PBR Bull RidingPBR Professional bull riding World Finals in Las Vegas real estate start Friday night with the top 45 professional riders at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. The top prize for the PBR bull riding is $1 million dollars.

Reigning PBR world champ Justin McBride of Elk City, Okla., is fifth and trails Marchi by 2,902.25 points. McBride, a former UNLV rodeo favorite, won the Columbus, Ohio, season finale two weeks ago.

Bull riding Brazilian Guilherme Marchi is ranked No. 1 with a 1,679.5 point lead over Sean Willingham of Summerville, Ga. Bull riders can earn up to 6,500 points in the seven-day PBR World Finals format, with the champion earning the bonus.

The first three professional bull riding rounds of the seven-day event are at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas before competition shifts to the Thomas & Mack Center for the final four days beginning Nov. 2. (more…)
