Inspirada real estate by Toll Brothers opens five Las Vegas new home models within the master planned community in the southern valley.

The new community design concept is something fresh in Las Vegas real estate. The real estate development has an open streetscape, will the seven distinct Las Vegas villages around a community center and central park area.

The 20 floor plans within the builder’s five collections at Inspirada feature expansive foyers, master suites, family rooms and spa master baths.

Toll Bros Las Vegas homes are within the communities curving streets and landscaped center island.

The Las Vegas new home floor plan at Inspirada is designed with expansive entry courtyards and front porches.

Toll Bros have build the Balboa Collection floor plan before at these communities: Mirasol Las Vegas at Mountains Edge real estate: Traccia homes at Summerlin real estate and Franklin Park Las Vegas at Providence real estate.

Madison Grove homes in Providence Las Vegas real estate has three new homes for sale in the north Las Vegas newly developed master planned community. The grand opening of these homes by Toll Brothers was yesterday.

Highlights of the Madison Grove homes include turret foyers, dining and great-room areas, balconies, courtyards, lofts and game rooms.

The Bellini, Trapani, Botticelli home floor designs will be featured in Providence real estate. These new homes for sale range from 2,600 to 3,500 square feet, the two story, three or four-bedroom new homes are priced from the mid-$500,000s.

Providence real estate is 1,200-acres and is located at Interstate 215 and Hualapai Way. Providence promotes an American spirit theme, with its trails and parks named after traditions and figures in American literature and sports.

Sandhurst Las Vegas condos has been cancelled in Las Vegas real estate. A Downtown Las Vegas condo project bites the dust. Yesterday, Las Vegas new home buyer’s deposits have been returned totaling $7 million. Rising real estate construction costs have closed this Las Vegas condominium project.

Sandhurst condos says it has been cancelled doesn’t mean it might not have a chance in the future. Several investors who have title to the Las Vegas land wish to continue building. It is a possibility in the future for this new condo project.

More than 60 percent of Sandhurst Las Vegas condos were under contract. Corus Bank was working with Sandhurst for a $250 million in construction financing, but equity financing was difficult for the real estate developer.

With the increasing construction prices, especially last year, real estate investors wanted to wait for stabilizing costs.
