This Las Vegas luxury real estate project is expected to be Southern Nevada’s most expensive and largest luxury condo hotel project. Location is set across from the Wynn Las Vegas golf course on Paradise Road at the 13 acre site of the current Las Palmas apartment complex.

Las Palmas Las Vegas luxury condos will be built for the affluent traveler. These luxury condominiums will be a place where high-profile people will be able to conduct business and relax while enjoying luxurious accommodations close to the Strip.

Peebles Atlantic Development isn’t discussing the cost of the 55-story, 1,830-room Las Vegas development but estimates are the total price could approach $1 billion.

Las Vegas Homes Sales Figures And Las Vegas MLS Numbers For December

Las Vegas Homes SalesThe Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS reports about real estate from the Las Vegas MLS data that there were 1,666 Las Vegas homes sold last month making that 32.5 percent fewer sold homes than 2005.

Median Las Vegas home sale prices were $306,100 in December 2006 for a 2 percent decline from 12 months earlier. Available Las Vegas homes for sale inventory soared to 17,834 units last month, a 33.3 percent increase than in 2005.

Las Vegas condo and Las Vegas townhome sales saw a similar decline 2006. There were 977 Las Vegas condos sales in December, which was 32.7 percent less than 2005.

Condo and Townhomes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate listings were 4,833 units for an 86.2 percent increase over 2005. Median home sale prices dropped to $195,000 last month. This was a 4.4 percent decline over 2005.
