Sullivan Square Las Vegas real estate is changing the Las Vegas skyline. Sullivan Square will be a mixed-use real estate development with restaurants, shops, residential units, an office building and outdoor amenities environmentally friendly.

The real estate developer has designed this mixed use community as a village where residents can visit dry cleaners, bakeries, butchers and grocers without having to get into their car.

Sullivan Square real estate is built on the philosophy of green living by meeting the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification standards. This LEED certification promotes a healthy environment with a savings to the homeowners.

Maxim Las Vegas on Wednesday was approved use permits for the proposed men’s magazine resort Las Vegas Nevada real estate project despite concerns of neighboring Sky Las Vegas high rise condo. The high rise condominium is planned for Las Vegas Boulevard and Circus Circus Drive.

Maxim condos is being developed by Concord Wilshire Development of Los Angeles, CA. They were looking for approval on a high density real estate project of the lifestyle magazine, and were granted use permits.

The future design review by the city council will include more details about the proposed project, such as tower entrances, height, and parking availability.

The mixed-used real estate project planned for the 7.7-acre site near Circus Circus hotel and theme park would include a three-tower Las Vegas resort with 1,860 luxury condos and 300 rooms. It will also have a casino, restaurants and shops.

Vice president of design and engineer at Concord Wilshire was satisfied with the use permits from the county. Maxim expects to break ground in 2008, with completion of the of the resort in 2010.

Turnberry Towers Las Vegas high rise condos include luxury amenities as residential vallet, Smart Home technology and 3,800 square foot lagoon pools, each Turnberry Tower will have its on pool area with a heated spa, sandy beach entry, waterfalls flowing 15 feet over a grotto and a shallow wet deck.

Attanasio Landscape Architecture Attanasio is developing the Las Vegas resort style pools. The Turnberry Towers pools will be resort-style with free form shapes and surrounding casual benches. The company has been working with the high-rise real estate developer for seven years. There will be several entry point for the lagoon pools and a shallow wet with cool sparkling water.

Turnberry Towers East Tower will be completed in June along with the first pool.

Promenada at Rainbow Las Vegas mid rise condos in the southwestern Las Vegas, opens for sales today. The Las Vegas resort and marketplace real estate project will have celebration festivities with 97.1 The Point from 8 am to 12.

The mid rise model condos in Promenada real estate will offer 10 new home floor plans, with one and two bedrooms, ranging from 828 to 1,478 square feet. Each condo includes an open layout, balcony or courtyard area.

All condos for sale in Promenada Las Vegas will offer high-end appliances and luxury designer finishes. In addition, each unit will have some standard home automation.
