Paxton Walk Las Vegas, a mixed-use 31-acre real estate development of 782 townhomes, Las Vegas condominiums, storefronts and restaurants is planned for the corner of Centennial Parkway and Tenaya Way in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley’s area of Centennial Hills real estate.

The Paxton Walk community in Las Vegas will contribute to making Centennial Hills a sought after area of Las Vegas as mixed-use development continues to increase in popularity among local residents, according to the real estate developer, Blue Marble Development.

Paxton Walk homes in Las Vegas will be able to enjoy many convenient shopping, dining and recreational activities on-site including Paxton Square Las Vegas.

Paxton Walk is scheduled for construction later this year, the project will comprise more than 6 acres of open space including three pools, 11 courtyards, meditation gardens and fountains, two clubhouses, and two fitness centers with massage and facial rooms. The 9,000-square-foot clubhouse in Paxton Walk will feature a billiards room, theater and a cabana room.

The Paxton Townhomes in Las Vegas will comprise 65 homes available in two floor plans. Home square footages will be 1,678 and 1,698. The new homes for sale in Las Vegas will offer two bedrooms plus a loft or three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a side or front courtyard and a two-car garage.

Las Ramblas Las Vegas condos announced a second time by George Clooney. He’s proposed $3 billion Las Vegas real estate development called Las Ramblas condos to be built just east of the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

While the location for Las Ramblas condos in Las Vegas is the same, the cast is much different. Clooney is partners with major real estate developers Related Las Vegas and Centra Properties, along with influential Las Vegas night club owner Rande Gerber and his company, After Midnight.

“I could end up just losing my shirt on this whole thing, but these guys are pretty good at what they do,” said Clooney. “It’s going to be an adventure.” (more…)

Sevilla condos in Las Vegas real estate announced Wednesday pricing specials such as same day Sevilla condo move-ins and TiVo’s to the first 10 Las Vegas condominium home buyers. In addition, Sevilla Las Vegas real estate will give away a one-carat Tiffany-style diamond from Ilan Portugali Diamond Importers, according to sales agent Amy Stuart. The TiVo and pricing promotions will continue throughout the weekend.

“We are making this a wonderful celebration of our great summer,” Stuart said. “We thought that giving people an opportunity to join our Sevilla condo community at a great price would make it even better.”

Sevilla Las Vegas condos clubhouse amenities include a pool, spa, health-center and barbecue areas.

Two Las vegas condo floor plans include the Valencia Plan and Barcelon Plan.

The Valencia Plan home floor plan measures 689 square feet, and contains one bedroom and one bath.
