One Queensridge Place condos for sale in Summerlin Las Vegas real estate is being built on the 20-acre real estate site at the southwest corner of Alta Drive and Rampart Boulevard.

One Queensridge Place in Summerlin, Nevada, is being touted as the only suburban vertical living custom condominium community in Las Vegas. It is a partnership project between Peccole Nevada Corporation and Las Vegas-based Executive Home Builders (EHB).

The Stratorise project, Las Vegas luxury high rise, proposal for a 45-story high-rise along Las Vegas Boulevard won’t be heard until Nov. 1, with Stratorise South LLC, Las Vegas real estate developer, asking to delay a hearing on the issue.

Victor Altomare Australian developer sold 0.68 acre parcel of his planned 21 story, 236 unit Liberty Tower Las Vegas condo project in early January 2006 to Statorise South LLC for $5.5 million. The Las Vegas real estate sold for 600 percent more than its original $900,000 price in 2004.

The Stratorise Las Vegas condos, at 1431 Las Vegas Boulevard South, across the street from the Stratosphere Las Vegas, had a scheduled hearing by the Las Vegas City Council today.

Red Rock Residences at Red Rock Resort Las Vegas by Station Casinos has scrapped a Red Rock real estate high-rise condominium development in Summerlin Las Vegas after the company’s partnership with a pair of Las Vegas condo developers dissolved.

Scott Nielson, Station Casinos‘ chief development officer, said Wednesday the company is looking at various alternatives for the five-acre parcel in Summerlin Centre, south of Red Rock Resort Las Vegas and near a planned outdoor shopping mall.

However, he didn’t count the Red Rock Residences condo project out of the picture.

“We need to consider what is the best use for that site,” Nielson said. “We’re not saying the condos won’t be built, but we have to consider all our alternatives for that real estate.”

Bella Vista condominiums, a gated development within Green Valley Ranch, Henderson, Nevada real estate, has entered its final phase of sales with more than 70 percent of the Bella Vista homes sold, vice president of residential development for American Nevada Co., the developer.

Priced from the mid-$200,000s, four Bella Vista designs remain from single-level plans with one bedroom and one bath at 730 square feet to two-story plans with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths of 1,055 to 1,200 square feet.

The two-bedroom townhome-style condo units include garages, with direct access to the homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Portofino and Sicilian models of Bella Vista Las Vegas condominiums for sale are popular among buyers. The Las Vegas homes offer two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
