Evolution Lofts, Las Vegas high-rise announced. Boulevard Properties, a Miami real estate development firm, building a new 350-foot-tall condominium tower in downtown Las Vegas. The project, Evolution Lofts, will be located on a half-acre lot at the northwest corner of Charleston Boulevard and Third Street.

Downtown Las Vegas highly touted Gateway Arts District, Evolution Lofts, Las Vegas luxury condos, is considered a landmark real estate project that will set the standard for the fast paced growth in downtown. Las Vegas Evolution Lofts will show a sweeping sail across the roof and a dramatic circular opening. Evolution Lofts will have a defining presence in the emerging downtown Las Vegas.

“We believe in the mayor and his vision for downtown,” said Len Edelman, a principal of Boulevard Properties. “Evolution Lofts Las Vegas is located in the downtown Arts District, which is quickly becoming the place to live, play and work.”

Evolution Lofts is designed by JMA, the 29-story high-rise will consist of 159 residences with 19 different floor plans. These beautiful Las Vegas homes will range from 806 square feet to 2,100 square feet, priced from the mid-$400s up to $1.4 million. The median loft sale price will be $600 per foot. Each Las Vegas loft comes with floor-to-ceiling views, balconies, hardwood floors, among other features.

The Beach Las Vegas nightclub plan a 600 room Las Vegas condo and casino on Paradise Road, where The Beach nightclub sits. Developing this real estate into full-scale casinos seems to be the next, logical step for Las Vegas gaming development.

The Beach night club on Paradise Road would be elevated and a 600-room high-rise tower and Las Vegas casino would be squeezed onto its 1.25-acre site under a Las Vegas real estate development plan that won initial approval from county officials this week.

With hotel rooms for tourists and condominiums for homebuyers, the as yet unnamed mixed-use project would meld the traditional Las Vegas gaming resort with the valley’s still ever expanding Manhattanization of Las Vegas housing trend.

“It’ll be a true hotel with 300 rooms rented by the night and 300 resort condominiums,” said Greg Borgel, the land-use consultant working on the project for Three Sixty Five, the partnership group that owns The Beach nightclub.

Documents filed with Clark County show Three Sixty Five principal Rick Tuttle and his partners also plan a 20,000-square-foot casino and an 18,000-square-foot restaurant and lounge area in the 39-story building.

C2 Lofts in Summerlin Las Vegas home to local Las Vegas Dentist, Mike Golpa as recommendation of a patient from his dental practice. He was extremely impressed.

“I could see that these are unique, attractive and flexible loft designs. There is very little need for customizing because the C2 lofts are already built with features like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry and so many other nice appointments,” he said.

“I also like the loft concept throughout the designs with the exposed ductwork, high ceilings and abundant windows. It has a very stylish, urban feel to it, which was different from anything I had seen elsewhere.”

The C2 Lofts Las Vegas luxury home residences are available in one and two-story floor plans, priced from the $700,000s to $1.2 million.

Golpa purchased the C2 Lofts Las Vegas luxury condos two-story Silk, a 2,397-square-foot home that includes a 176-square-foot terrace off the main living area.
