Tuscan Cliffs at Southern Highlands Las Vegas real estate semi-custom homes by Pacific Southwest Development in Southern Las Vegas unveils its New Millennium home models in a guard-gated neighborhood.

Tuscan-style Las Vegas homes in a 155-lot subdivision features a private park. Each of the custom Las Vegas home sites measures at least one-quarter of an acre. Tuscan Cliffs Southern Highlands mountainside lots are available at a premium in future phase releases. Tuscan Cliffs homes are currently on its second phase.

The New Millennium homes allow Las Vegas luxury real estate homeowners to combine the use of their interior spaces and courtyards. Such features include outdoor summer kitchens, rear patios, exterior glass pocket doors, courtyards with fireplaces and balconies overlooking interior courtyards and rear yards.
